As the painting contractor on the ARUP Brisbane fit-out at 123 Albert Street, we were proud to contribute to one of the most sustainable workplace projects delivered in Brisbane’s CBD. This three-level, 4,000m² sustainable workplace pushes the benchmark for regenerative design, targeting certification under the Living Building Challenge (LBC). Our team provided high-quality, environmentally conscious coatings and detailed finishes throughout collaborative zones, meeting spaces and high-traffic areas. Working closely with the project team, we upheld a strong culture of quality and sustainability on site — from careful product compliance and waste reduction practices to meticulous surface preparation — ensuring every finish supported the project’s ambitious certification goals.
