An extensive refurbishment of the 27-storey commercial tower at 123 Albert Street in Brisbane. A combination of painting, rendering, and protective coatings was used to renovate the ground-floor lobby, lift lobbies, amenities, EOT facilities, wellness areas, and the Elizabeth Street laneway.
